1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This section governs the terms and conditions for delivery of products purchased through the Platform.

1.2. Delivery is made only after confirmed payment.

2. DELIVERY METHODS

2.1. Pick-up from location (Free)

• Address: Pleven, 88 Georgi Kochev Blvd.

• Working hours: Monday – Friday 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM.

• The customer must wait for an email confirmation that the order is "Ready".

2.2. Courier delivery

2.2.1. The merchant works with Econt and Speedy.

2.2.2. The customer can choose delivery:

• to an office;

• to a personal/work address.

2.2.3. The price is calculated automatically in the cart according to the courier's rates.

3. DEADLINES

3.1. Production: 1-5 business days after payment. Unless another deadline is specified on the product page itself.

During periods of increased workload, the deadline may be extended, with the Client being notified in a timely manner.

3.2. Delivery: usually 1 business day after handing over the shipment to the courier.

3.3. In case of heavy workload, the deadlines may be extended.

4. INSURANCE AND INSPECTION OPTION

4.1. All fragile items are shipped with insurance.

4.2. All shipments are sent with the "Preview" option.

4.3. The customer is obliged to check the shipment upon receipt.

5. TRANSPORT DAMAGE

5.1. If damage is detected, the Customer must draw up a report for a damaged shipment in the presence of the courier.

5.2. Claims for transport damage are not accepted without a protocol.

6. UNRECEIVED SHIPMENT

6.1. If the Customer does not accept the shipment, the return costs are at his expense.

6.2. The Merchant is not responsible for:

• incorrectly entered address;

• refusal of the Customer to accept the shipment;

• delay due to the courier's fault.

7. SHIPMENT TRACKING

7.1. After shipment, the Customer receives a waybill number by email.

7.2. The shipment can be tracked through the courier's website.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

8.1. The Merchant is not responsible for delays caused by:

• natural disasters;

• strikes;

• accidents;

• pandemics;

• logistical problems.
